I like how this turned out, but it is a bit on the large side. I used the pattern, and a .25 inch seam,etc. Perhaps I should have cut from the inside of the black lines? I cut on the outside. I hope you can work with it. It turned out 14 by 14 and not 12.5. It is fun and pretty though. Maybe make a pillow to go with your quilt if mine is the only odd-ball! I'll send it with your chicken fabric.

I just measured a few of mine and they are closer to 13-14" than 12.5.
Man, this tutorial business is really tricky!
