Feathers and Stars and a Wild Square, oh my!

I think I am up to date! At least for now...  A Feather for Emily

This one for Sherrie was wild and fun. 

Connie's star was quite the handful. If I re-do it one more time, 

it will come apart at the seams!

After time away from home, and the Joint RS Conference with NLR and my sewing machine in the shop, I have been able to get back to sewing. What a fun week I have had!

So here is my REAL square for Sherrie T. I noticed that I accidentally sewed the first and third rows together... (ya, I took off that picture:) ).... So here ya go! Hope this one is o.k. I should have it in the mail soon. :)

Ruffled Feathers

Here is my square for April!  

Isn't she lovely?!  Imagine the bird this feather came from!  It's called Feather Bed Quilt by Anna Maria Horner.  I am mailing the instructions and the fabric today (the prints are also designed by Mrs. Horner).  You should receive yours VERY soon.  I ADORE the prints and I LOVE the design.  Can't wait to see your squares... er, rectangles... flying back to me.

Oh, and have an orange, because apparently, it's vitamin C day!
